Here is a pancake mix recipe & some pancake suggestions, courtesy of  Robin, so that you can make your own pancakes at home this year. 


Pancake Mix Makes 2 lbs.
   6 c flour
   1 T salt
   6 T baking powder
   6 T sugar
   2 c powdered milk
Mix well and store in an airtight container.

Pancakes:
   1 egg, beaten
   1 c water
   1 1/2 c pancake mix.
Fry on hot ungreased griddle (Hot griddle is essential).
Also works in a waffle maker.

Feel free to add apples, chocolate chips, blueberries, raisins & cinnamon,  cocoa powder, etc.
